At Utility Cycling, we’ve written about many different services that can be accomplished on bicycles, including the work that police officers perform in our communities. We’ve discussed the benefits and training that officers experience in bicycle patrol programs, and this video from the Rialto PD provides an additional perspective on how bikes can add elements of stealth and efficiency to patrols.
