		<description>BICAS is perhaps best known in Tucson for their infamous government grant-funded “Orange Bike” program for Tucson. 80 bicycles stationed in downtown Tucson and the U of A to provide transportation to the homeless and other disadvantaged groups. All 80 bikes were either stolen or were vandalized beyond repair (thrown in front of trains, smashed with hammers, etc.) within a matter of weeks.</description>
